Fokker F100

The Fokker 100 is a medium-size twin-turbofan aircraft, Produced by Fokker From 1986 till 1996. The Fokker 100 is in fact a extended and radically modernized version of the Fokker F28 aircraft. Fokker adjusted the wings and increased the span, installed a glass cockpit and chose for new engines.

The Engines (type Rolls-Royce Tay) are developed from the spey engines which the F28 is equipped. The Engines have a 61.6 kN of thrust. The weight varies from 24,272 kilograms when empty to 43,090 kilograms at maximum takeoff weight (MTOW) The Fokker 100 can carry up to 109 passengers over a range of 2450 km (1323 mi) at a typical speed of 845 km/h (525 mph)
